this is Lilani's ancestor, also known as "The Elementalist"

she's a gypsy dancer, and tends to use her knowledge of the seven elements to perform dances for highbloods, and appears to like the Grand Highblood.

However, she strictly follows the hemospectrum, and does not think that he could ever like her at all in such a way as that, so she does not reveal these feelings to anyone. You can tell when she perfrms in front of him, though; her performances tend to be more ecstatic, and she tries harder, hoping to impress him in some way.
